CANCELLATION POLICY

We STRONGLY  recommend that guests take out travel insurance to cover costs incurred if you need to cancel. 

Cancellation of bookings up to 28 days before check in date will incur a charge of the first night stay at FULL RATE.

Cancellation within 28 days before check in date will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking cost.

Cancellation within 14 days before check in date will incur a charge of 75% of the total booking cost.

Cancellation within 48 hours of check in date will incur 100% charge.

Ferry Bookings are  booked at a discount rate with the ferry companies and as such are NON refundable once you receive your ticket.
