 Carisbrooke has been re-designed to include a bath, large walk in shower, and large bedroom area, with superking bed. Can be made into twin beds.

 Osborne  is a spacious room with King Size bed, large ensuite bathroom with bath and shower attachment and wc and large sofa.

Yaverland room is a bright, sunny, spacious King room quietly situated at the back of the hotel, with newly refurbished level entry ensuite shower & wc and comfortable seating for two.

Bembridge, which  has been completely refurbished, to include a  large walk in shower with ensuite wc, overlooks the garden and has a king bed.  It is a beautiful bright sunny room with comfortable seating.

 Arreton, with superking bed that can be made into twin beds,  quietly situated at the back of the hotel, has a separate "sitting area", ensuite bathroom with bath and "walk in" shower and  wc. Completely re-designed during winter 20232/23

 St Catherine's room is a spacious room at the front of the hotel with half shutters.  It has a superking bed, which can be made into twin beds on request.  Separate refurbished ensuite shower room, with basin and wc and seating for two.

Gatcombe which is on the ground floor, and has been completely refurbished during winter 2022-23.  It is now an accessible room to include a spacious ensuite with a  large walk in shower.  It overlooks the garden and has a kingsize bed and seating area with two comfortable chairs.

Totland has a superking bed which can be made into twin beds. Separate ensuite shower room, with basin and wc. It overlooks the woodland at the rear of the guesthouse and benefits from the morning sun.
