Welcome to Foxhills of Shanklin 

Foxhills is available as a whole house let all year round.  It is a great venue for a family or group holiday or to host large gatherings to celebrate a special occasion or milestone birthday.  We can offer exclusive use of the house and gardens if you take 4 rooms or more sleeping from 8 - 16 guests plus the option of a few extra beds in rooms (for children only), travel cot and highchair.  One or two small dogs are also welcome.  We have a large catering kitchen with all the necessary equipment to allow the budding chefs in your party to indulge their passions.  However, if you would all like to sit back and enjoy a special occasion we can offer a variety of catering options to meet your needs with or without drinks included.   We can also offer the option of a Hot Tub (at an extra charge) .   Our beautiful landscaped gardens  have plenty of comfortable seating and tables and chairs and there are also 2 outdoor bar areas - one with a fridge - and a large charcoal barbecue.  Please call us to discuss your requirements

There is a lovely wooden covered bar area and plenty of seating at two tables with benches and chairs.   There is also covered bench seating under the  outdoor building.     

Relax in our lovely comfy lounge with its Smart TV and electric stove fire.  There are plenty of games, jigsaws and packs of cards in the sideboard and lots of books if you just fancy a quiet afternoon reading.  There is lounge seating for 8 and options and space to bring in extra chairs from the adjoining breakfast room.

The table comfortably seats 12  but can be extended to seat up to 16 if required,  There are plenty of glasses including champagne flutes, wine, beer, gin and cocktail glasses and a variety of jugs, ice buckets and spirit measure to enable you to enjoy any celebratons you may be having.

A huge room with plenty of seating and tables for 16 for formal or casual dining.  We can configure seating and tables to your requirements depending on the number of guests and your preferences.  We have both round and square tables/  This room also has a wine fridge, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, lounge seating and an electric fire.  This room opens on to the patio via sliding doors where there is sofa seating and tables and chairs for 8-10.

We can arrange for a hot tub for you and your group which will be located on the gravelled area in the lower garden under the willow tree.  Please bring your own towels and suitable footwear for outdoor use

If you book over the Christmas or New Year period we will decorate the lounge and dining rooms for the festive season including a tree and outside lights.
